Cegelec is a French industrial group which designs, installs and maintains systems or sub-systems in industry, infrastructure and the service sector. The company is present in over 30 countries and employs approximately 25,000 people worldwide.

A core model was created for 15 international subsidiaries. Complete integration of the NaviOne^® project management solution, SAP reporting group method.

The Ramery Group and its five areas of activity (Civil engineering, Construction, Environment, Technical bidding, Planning and Promotion) work together or separately, conveying the know-how and all round services of an independent and family-run business.

The Ramery Group needed to streamline the quoting process for the 10 branches of its civil engineering department. NaviBat^®  was chosen and was in fact rolled out across all Ramery Group subsidiaries to homogenize the management and tracking process.
